Wrap Regional Sales Managers are strategic solution sellers

Our Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are responsible for generating / closing new business via direct and channel sales as well as managing existing accounts. The position will regularly travel to existing customers, prospective customer locations, trade shows and channel partners within their assigned sales territory. Our RSMs manage day-to-day sales processes, their existing customers, lead generation and demos, work closely with their channel partners, develop proposals and close sales for all Wrap technologies. Wrap RSMs work collaboratively with their inside sales partner, their territory’s sales and distribution network and our customer success and training departments to ensure customers’ needs are met.

Our RSMs provide solutions to public safety issues / needs / problems and are empowered to make decisions that support their customers and our company.

At Wrap Technologies our focus is on helping police agencies improve their training, reduce injuries, mitigate risk and save lives. We do this by leading the public safety industry with innovative training and tools necessary for them to operate safer each day. Our virtual reality training system, body worn cameras / digital evidence management and a one-of-a-kind / non pain compliant restraint device are tools that will help policing improve their service to the communities they serve. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Sell all of Wrap’s technologies using consultative selling techniques
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets on schedule
  • Design / implement / manage a regional sales strategy in consultation / agreement with your manager
  • Expand sales within Wrap’s current customer base
  • Make decisions designed to solve problem for your customers and generate sales
  • Work strategically with their Inside sales and channel partner(s) for efficient territory growth and management
  • Reach out / follow up on customer leads via telephone and / or email in a timely fashion
  • Ongoing analysis of their territory market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Regularly travel to present, promote and sell products / services using proven sales strategies to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive internal and external customer relationships
  • Maintain CRM with pertinent information – metrics to be provided by your manager
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular feedback to the Wrap management team on needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services that would benefit our customers and Wrap

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree - preferred
  • 5 years of successful consultative public safety sales experience
  • Law Enforcement experience preferred and time spent as a LE officer may count towards the 5 years of consultative selling experience
  • Ability to interact, communicate and sell into all levels within police organizations
  • Ability to interact, communicate and use consultants, political and community leaders to drive support of Wrap technologies / sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Ability to build productive / professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability in self-driven time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations tailored to your audience
  • Relationship management skills and open to constructive feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Travel for the needs of the business – on average 50 - 75% of your time
